We were instructed to complete the shell and some other associated works on this new build house set in the grounds of a farm and courtyard development. The clients brief was for materials to suit the surroundings and we presented a range of reclaimed bricks and tiles to match.

Incorporating some ‘Owl hole’ features to the brickwork and locally sourced Derbyshire sandstone head and cill details, the house blends in very nicely. Our joinery manufacturers have bespoke made Accoya windows and doors which have been factory finished.
