Dream Home With Modern Charm

Blending Innovation and Elegance Using SIPS Construction

Mr. and Mrs. Pollard came to us two years before starting their dream home project. Over those two years, they carefully chose the right architects, secured planning permission, and sold their existing house, all while keeping us in the loop.

Evans Vettori architects crafted a stunning design that combines modern style with thoughtful use of materials, complementing the surrounding buildings. One of their clever ideas was positioning the house to perfectly frame the distant church spire through the central corridor.

Our clients were excited about using the Kingspan TEK system, a SIPS panel system known for its excellent insulation and airtightness. We collaborated with Point 1 and the architects to integrate this system into the build. The Kingspan TEK panels are made of insulation and structural timber boards, creating a super insulated, airtight structure that can be finished with various facades, from timber cladding to masonry or render. The result is a house that looks traditional but is packed with modern, energy-efficient technology.

We are proud that this project was shortlisted for the 2018 RIBA regional awards.
